Insurance brokerage (§ 34d (1) GewO)

I act as an insurance broker, i.e. on behalf of my clients and not on behalf of an insurer. My advice is based on an objective and balanced market analysis (§ 60 (1) VVG), unless I expressly point out a restricted selection in an individual case.

Holdings: I hold no direct or indirect interest of 10 % or more in the voting rights or capital of an insurance undertaking. No insurance undertaking or parent undertaking of an insurance undertaking holds such an interest in my business.

Remuneration: For brokering I receive a commission (courtage) from the respective insurance undertaking; it is included in the insurance premium. I do not charge you a separate fee.

Financial investment brokerage (§ 34f (1) GewO)

The licence covers investment advice and brokerage for open-ended investment funds (no. 1), closed-ended investment funds (no. 2) and investments within the meaning of § 1 (2) VermAnlG (no. 3). Investment advice is not provided as fee-based financial investment advice pursuant to § 34h GewO.

Remuneration: For brokering I receive commissions or inducements from the respective product provider. I disclose their type and amount to you before brokering. I do not charge you a separate fee.

Product selection: I am not tied to any particular issuer or product provider and select from a broad range of different providers.

Mortgage credit intermediation (§ 34i (1) GewO)

I am an untied mortgage credit intermediary and do not work exclusively with particular lenders. I offer advisory services within the meaning of § 511 BGB. For brokering I receive a commission from the lender; I do not charge you a separate fee.
